I built a free interactive emotion wheel tool — no signup, no ads, just feelings
Hey everyone! I've been working on something a bit different from the usual SaaS projects you see here.
I built Feeling HQ (feelinghq.com) — a set of five free interactive wheels that help people name what they're actually feeling, with more precision than just "good" or "bad."
Why I built it: I kept noticing that in team meetings, therapy sessions, and even daily journaling, people (myself included) struggle to go beyond surface-level words for how they feel. There's actually research showing that the more precisely you can name an emotion, the better you can regulate it. It's called emotional granularity.
What it includes:
- Emotion & Feeling Wheel (the classic one, but interactive)
- Mood Check-in Wheel (great for standups and team meetings)
- Energy Level Wheel (physical, mental, emotional, social)
- Work Satisfaction Wheel
- Relationship Dynamics Wheel
You start at the center with a broad feeling, then move outward to find the exact word that fits. No signup. No data collection. Just a tool to help you find the right words.
Would love to hear what you think — and if there's a wheel you wish existed, I'm all ears.
