Father and Daughter First Time Trip

Hellooooo!! I'm surprising my dad with a trip to New York in September. It'll be our first time in New York for the both of us and I want to make this trip very memorable and do as much as we can but still enjoy because I don't know when we'll be back. I'd love to see a little bit of my hispanic culture like puerto rican or dominican culture! I've made an itinerary but I am very open to suggestions.
