Ideal Shabu Shabu Place?

My partner and I came back from a trip to SF where we found the perfect Shabu Shabu place for us and was wondering if there’s a place in NYC that fits the bill.

We’re looking for a place with individual pots with bok choy, wagyu, fried tofu, and spicy tonkotsu broth. Bonus if there’s daisho and ramen.

The most important bits are the bok choy and wagyu.
