Best DC sub effects for tourney

I know there are several posts about DC sub effects here, but i coudlnt' seem to find a definitive one for tournaments.

I finally got my ANC DC, and previously i thought that i should be trying to get all of the CL sub effects but from reading it seems maybe thats not the right approach?

I have GT/DW/BH/CL as my UWs and CF is the next one i would get (no SL available)

What is the best priority for DC for tournaments?
