right side pain, a&e said not likely appendicitis?

for context i’m 17, 5’6, 165 pounds, and the only medication i take are propranalol 10g 3x a day, but i take them irregularly.

i started a collagen powder supplement on sunday, as well as vitamin d3+k2, and also had really bad indigestion straight away after eating a subway&carbonated soda

i have had a dull pain in my right side abdomen , it’s a little high, and it’s about a 1/10 when i don’t press down and a 7/10 when i do press down, however this is intermittent

i have had an abrupt diet change, i used to be a big hunger but i stopped this 2 weeks ago or so and have been in a deficit since, the pain 2 weeks ago i didn’t push down on so im not sure how bad it was but i know when i stretched my stomach in certain ways it hurt a little bit.

since sunday ive not passed stool in the same way and im usually pretty good for it, id always go to the toilet between 4pm-7pm and feel as though it was thorough and it was mostly always the same

on monday i only passed a little bit of stool later in the day, on tuesday i passed probably the same amount i would in a normal day, wednesday night i was really really bloated and passed pebbles, wednesday afternoon passed really small, and wednesday night 3 pebbles.

ive been tested for a uti and pregnancy in a&e, when she was pressing down really hard it didn’t hurt but i did go to the toilet prior to a and e

she told me to keep track of what i eat, and the pain was a 2/1 when i got home and pressed down, i had chia seed pudding with flax seeds, banana and a malt loaf bar and when waking up today it’s back to 7/10 when i press down 1/10 when i

she said it could also be my ovaries? i had my period from 10th-16th feb, but ive never had this pain before
