Under 25 And Booked my flight with family

First time any of us are going to Puerto Rico we are the ages of 20-24 and want to see whether it's smart to rent a car and pay that fee or just uber around. I especially would want any cool travel spots you guys recommend near San Juan and our primary destination outside the city is el Yunque. Any other spots that would make our trip please drop below!
