2007 Honda accord V6

My accord just died (I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but it’s over 250k miles and I’m not sure it’s worth putting more money into it). Ik it sounds silly but it was my dream car. Leather interior, v6 so it was speedy, cheap but super cute. Anyways it got me thinking-what could make this car better?? If it were a manual. Come to find out, they’re as rare as unicorns. Is it actually possible to buy and purchase an 07 v6 sedan manual transmisson? Does anyone even know where I can see photos of one? I could hardly find any! Also off topic, since I loveee my Honda should I pour more more money into it or move on?
