What are some easy skills to learn that will increase your chances of getting hired?

Despite having 7 years of experience in Technical Writing and Customer Service jobs, it's been super difficult to find a new job opportunity.

I was entertaining the idea of reconverting my professional profile into something more hirable, or more specialized at least. I asked Chatgpt for advice and it told me to learn Python and some AI Systems fundamentals. 6 months would suffice to turn a generic profile into something a little more techy and aligned with current market offers.

I want to ask you for your experience and ideas. What would you learn / what courses would you take / how would you approach this challenge to make yourself more hirable?
