Chandigarh uni

Gud I'm doubtful of my jee second attempt so just in case I don't get govt college I was thinking of going for BE cse (cyber security) in chandigarh university.. I've heard a lot about this uni (bad reviews honestly) and idk what to do i wanna know is this uni actually that bad. Like placements nd all ka kya chakkar hai and I wanna take ncc in college so to thye have good network for that too or no??

I actually want real honest reviews um tired of reading the fake ones..
