How do you deal with your regret of not working harder in high school and college?

I really wish I had a Time Machine to go back and make different choices in the past. I graduated in 2024 and never found a proper engineering job. I wished I worked harder in high school so that I could have been more prepared for college. I wished I did more in college to try to get internships. After a year post graduation, it’s so hard to find any jobs. You are forced out of engineering at that point. I have to accept maybe my peak is working in some warehouse
