A convo with my father

I told him I am a pisces ♓ i.e my zodiac. He doesn't have a clue and doesn't have any interest in such astrology or zodiac stuff yet he asked me what it was I said I am a water element. There are other people with fire and air in this universe and I am water .😚

He thought for a second and said tum naali hai lekin 😂(Drainage water) I said what....???? he said I absorb other people's feelings and thoughts and make my mind and heart dirty which doesn't belongs to me. I need to become like ocean so that even if dirt is there it doesn't affect me much.

I had no words. He further added that I am in the process of becoming an ocean but I will have to go through different water cycles to reach their which was a metaphor which I understood later. And it was so deep and profound which changed my perspective and my pov forever 😂
