My dad raped me growing up

Hi everyone, my dad raped me repeatedly growing up and I still remember just crying and wanting it to be over.

I still think about it everyday and I honestly don’t know why I still do as I thought I moved on.

I am 28 now and have my own child and really thought I would never have these thought. I have recently tried therapy but not sure it’s helped so far.
