Working while on Xeloda

Hi all. I am about to start Xeloda by mid-March. Can I ask for those was/on Xeloda, were you able to come to work physically? My job is desk-bound and Im thinking of coming back to work..but im so concerned of the side effects too. Read that some had HFS, nausea and diarrhea.
