Coffee is gonna help me quit smoking and I need your recommendations.

So, since the past few years I have developed an unhealthy habit of smoking while at work and I hope to quit smoking by drinking instant coffee at work.

Looking for recommendations on good instant coffee options, where I can just pour some hot water and use instant coffee without adding any sugar to it.

I am not much of a coffee drinker so I don’t know what to look for, or what are healthy options.

Hoping to find something with a strong taste, high caffeine is not much of an issue since I work night shift.

Any recommendation would be appreciated.
