Any way to de-spam my phone number?

Like sms and all that stuff are just so annoying.

Loan spams Car selling spams Membership spams Credit card spams And way more.

When I go to my sms app there isn't even an option to block the sender like wtf 😒

Also can anybody tell me the same for emails? Tho I guess the manage subscriptions is the solution
