Xylazine withdrawal help.... (Female, 24, 5 foot 1, 110 lbs)

Xylazine withdrawal.... Does clonodine help? Rehab is not an easy option in my state cuz I am on methadone

I'm on a high dose of methadone that does absolutely nada since xylazine isn't an opioid and the methadone just takes the edge a tiny bit off from the small amount of fentanyl analogues these shit plugs DO squeeze into this poison chemical concoction they're selling us as dope today.

rehabs in my area won't take people in for "dope addiction" on methadone over 30mg because "the methadone is supposed to help with the dope addiction already, what else can we do?" (literally their words when I walked into 3 different facilities looking for a bed). They will either lower me immediately from 120 mg to 30 mg methadone AND I'll have to kick this shit or I kick at home.

I know xylazine is a vet version of clonodine which I can get for high BP that I truly have anyways. but I hear contradicting things... some ppl say clonodine doesn't do shit and the amount you'd have to take for it to even help a bit is fucking atrocious.

I have gabapentin but that doesn't even help when I'm waiting on my plug just 3 hours into sickness. so I doubt it would do anything whatsoever trying to detox.

please help.
