SUSTAIN 200 OR ANTHRO 201 OR ENVSCI 201

Good evening, my people!
I'm doing my final semester of Uni and im in a position where I gotta do one of these papers.
I have read the catalogue and the reviews, but I just wanted to get another opinion on these papers.

Which one of these is a better GPA booster, considering I haven't done any of these papers' stage I?
