Drilling lug holes on an ARF 16610

As I stated in a previous post, my ARF 16610ln is sent to my watchmaker to get an ageing and a gen tritium dial.

Unfortunately he can't drill lug holes, which I would like to have on the watch for some more early 90's look.

While I doubt that there is an easy DIY for me, I thought I'd ask here if anyone knows a ger/eu watchmaker who can do this kind of work. Any other helpful advice will be greatly appreciated, too!
