Is Wealhtheow worth the 20 summons, or go for someone else and hope to God on summoning another healer that does more ?

I was considering her or Maegwyn because I’m in need of more reliable healers or supporting healers. I already have Thalassa (and I don’t think I want an additional copy). Wealhty seem to have more additional effects so I’m considering her, but unsure if she’s worth sacrificing 20 legendary heroes
