Looking for a mod that can remove the white dots in sims eyes

I've been looking everywhere for a mod that could remove the eyes white dots, then i found the aWT_EYEBALL_Lod0_buhudainUVFix2_SimSkin mod, but the problem is the mod only works in cas and not the gameplay although i had deleted all caches. Can anyone help solve this problem or are there any other mods that can fix this, thanks all!.
