0-80 Thread Tapping

I’m looking for some advice on tapping 0-80 UNF threads in an SLA-printed ceramic-infused resin. The holes are blind and about 8–10 mm deep, and I need to do this on roughly 100,000 parts. The material is quite brittle, so thread-forming taps aren’t an option as they tend to crack the part rather than form clean threads. I’ve had some success using a Tapmatic-style tapping head in a drill press with bottoming taps, but the process isn’t as reliable or repeatable as I’d like, especially at this production volume. I’m trying to improve consistency and reduce my tools wearing so fast, so I’d appreciate any advice on tap geometry, coatings, pre-drill sizing adjustments, speeds and feeds, lubrication, or whether this is something that could be automated effectively.
