Carrier for Traveling

We love our Solly wrap for groceries stores, walks and at home use. Going to be traveling with 10 week baby and am looking for a wrap like carrier but with buckles for ease of use. Recommendations please!

Important:

- wrap like feel

- buckles for easy on and off

- ideally if it had neck support

- comfortable for baby to sleep in lap

- perk of a pocket for phone and passports
