Delaque advancements?

Hello! New player, just started with Delaque because their lore gives me Cthulu vibes! We started on Dominion campaign and played the first 3 battles and I have quite a bit of saved xp which I don't know how to use. I have only the starting gang box (so no Nacht-guls or any other fancy stuff) and I have not made anyone a psyker yet. Is it better to start bumping xp on stats or skills? Any recommendations?
