My husband told me I eat more than him

I eat too much. He said this because I wanted to make dinner. I've only eaten once today. I have a eating disorder I overcame before we met and that comment just reactivated everything. Im so hurt. I dont understand what I did wrong. Before work today I gave him a bj and we slept together. I came home from work and took two midterms and wanted to make dinner but he wasn't hungry and chose to fight instead. I dont get what I did.
