Isekai Office Worker: The Other World's Books Depend on the Bean Counter DUB?

OK so I see on google the English dub is supposed to be out on. Crunchyroll but that doesn't even show up as a option for me here in Australia ?

Is dub region locked? I'm so confused about if it is actually out or not. Anyone have any helpful info?

Thanks
