Binged watched in a week.

I saw the whole show in a week. Maybe 9 days I don't know exactly but here are my thoughts.

Like many shows that have the chance to get a last season to finish it, it was a "accelerated" thing. I still enjoyed it, even though the end made me sad.

I understand for people that followed it from the beginning must have a different point of view but watching the whole thing at once made it weird on some levels in the development of characters.

The most stable one was Carl in my opinion, crazy at first, gets shocked and chooses the opposite path.

Lip was a smart dude, they made him become alcoholic in the season where he's at MIT and when he's expelled even though he was my hopes were higher for him. Like, how such a smart ass like that ends up delivering food...

When Fiona left I was sad especially because they do not make much references about her although big things happen.

Too many characters that are great and that we don't get to know what happened to them, Karen, Sheila, Mandy, Sierra, Svetlana... Frank oldest daughter and her kid... I wish I got better closure in their stories.

Debbie and her little truck was great, she was a solid character, cute, nice... They made her a little stupid when she wants to have her daughter, it's too repetitive at the beginning of her pregnancy.

Fiona was so pretty, so fucking courageous, who would do what she did in real life ? Only a few people would be that strong. Her whole world she created, patsy's, her building... Taken away so quick because she had to quit the show... Why could that max buy her building so easily but not be able to just help a buddy for 25k... What a turd, even if it was all because she was leaving the show he still was a turd.

Kev and V are awesome, but even if kev's family was a little odd, why make it happen and he sees them only once? With how much of a loving dad they make him, why doesn't we see more of his son with V's Mother. Dude wants a son, takes a kid that doesn't even speak English when he could just be in his other real son's life. V is fun, what a smile! She's great and a solid character.

Ian and Mickey were the best the way they get into each other life's back was just perfect. Mickey is great and their relationship had a good evolution, and was made real by the fact that even though we get experiences we don't change much. They did not, and kept their true nature.

Liam was fun, especially when he wants to "find who he is" and I was touched that by the end he's the only one really caring for Frank, even though he was a shitty father, and a lazy bum, that dude had charisma, he was touching, smart and clever.

The show was good, it made me laugh on many occasions, it's just that I would have made some characters destinies different.

Oh and a little disappointed that Deb's did not end up with Sandy. They were cute together.

But yes. Why is lip a delivery man ? Why doesn't Mandy come back for her father's death not for him but for her brother. How's Karen? How's Fiona?

Special thanks to Frank for the scene where he asks Carl to come in under 3 minutes while talking about his aunt boobs and hippopotamus penis, I laughed so hard!
