What if Hermione committed a crime during the war?

Do you guys think Hermione would realistically commit a crime while they're on the hunt for the horcruxes?? I think it's plausible, for example some of the wards she put up around the tent could have been blood related and perhaps that's considered Dark Magic. I remember there are fics where she gets arrested because she used magic on her parents and I thought that was such a fun scenario to explore.

What kind of dark magic would she have resorted to in order to save her best friend? how would Severus fit into her life in the aftermath of the war? I like the scenario where Hermione is arrested for X crime, has the trial and is sentenced to Azkaban or w/e the prison is after the war, and Snape doesn't find out until he comes out of his coma like 6 months later. Maybe he wants to help on his own accord? Maybe it's Harry that asks for help, OR he owes her a life debt.

Personally, I like the idea of Severus being angry that he wants to help cause it's ingrained in him to protect the Golden Trio. He'd feel pretty useless if he thought his mission was over and would take up the cause. Thoughts?
