IMG facing difficulties in getting interview sho/registrar position

Hi, I am PGY5+ img, IMC registered, holding a few years experience in various department. I do not have a work visa yet and still staying in overseas. I started to apply for all the roles in sho/registrar in psychiatry for 3 continuous recruitment cycle - July, January, checking everyday but overall the opening is not more then 30+ and I couldn't secure any interview - 0 interview and some rejection. They didn't even ask me references yet.

I do have some royal college paper passed and some department related skill certificate. English language certificate also obtained. I never shadowed or done any audit with Ireland or having Ireland experiences before.

From my senior they have been able to go in just by applying to hse few years ago meanwhile I am doing multiple recruiters and no news from them.

I wonder if there's anything wrong with my cv or if its the system right now didn't take sho/registrar from psychiatry anymore in 2025 onwards.
