Is creative production actually the main bottleneck for scaling YouTube Ads?
Most discussions around scaling paid ads focus on budget, bidding strategy, or targeting but I’m starting to think creative volume is the real constraint, especially on YouTube. When frequency increases and the same creatives keep running, performance slowly declines even if targeting and bidding stay consistent.
In your experience, how often do you introduce new creatives when scaling spend significantly?
Are you running structured testing cycles, or just replacing creatives once performance drops?
Trying to understand if others treat creative production as an operational system rather than a reactive fix.
