Nobody talks about this part.
I’ve never seen anyone talking about the little discomforts that can come with fat loss.
For example, I have been having trouble getting comfy in bed because I’m a side sleeper and the fat that is normally in my knees is gone, so I can feel the bones in my knees touching each other. It feels so uncomfortable! Now, don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible problem to have and I would take it over the discomfort of being obese any day, but I just never anticipated the little things that are less comfortable when the fat is gone. My bra underwire is another one! This isn’t a complaint, more of an observation. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
