How does reviewing process for revise&resubmitted papers go?

Hi everyone

I had a paper that was rejected two months ago. But I was given the option to revise and resubmit, or send it to a local journal.

I submitted my revised but new submission a bit more than a week ago, to the same journal.

I would assume that itd go to the same two reviewers? But it seems like only one of them has accepted a review request. Is it possible for editors to make a decision based on only one reviewer's feedback in this case? Also, what is the time the editors give reviewers for revise and resubmit cases?

My worry is that if they really need two reviewers (for this journal, thats the minimum), and they cant get a second reviewer, then they'll spend months searching for a reviewer, just like last time.
