I was automatically enrolled into a 403b under 18

I’m currently 16 working for a non profit corporation that has enrolled me into a 403b without me signing any documents for this. It started about 4 months after beginning work. I’m putting in my two week notice soon and I was wondering if there is anyway to get that money back without the penalty of withdrawing before a certain age.
