Assembling a mini after painting

Hello I'm beginning projects which need assembling after painting, for access propose. I'm new to this technique, and I don't know which option to choose on the gluing step :

• using plastic cement (Tamiya) on painted parts ?
• using CA glue on painted parts ?
• stripping ancrage point on painted part with isopropyl alcohol before gluing with plastic cement ?

How do you manage this setps ? Which is better ? I paint using acrylic (citadel, AK, Vallejo...) with brush and airbrush. Thanks !
