What are some good exhaust silencer inserts, if any, for cold start?

I have an Elantra N and for the most part the noise isn't an issue but there are certain times at night or early mornings I may need it to be quieter than it is in eco mode. I have recently found myself living with family and would like to avoid bothering them during their quiet hours. Opting for manually pushing it further away is something that i have considered and don't mind doing, though for convenience it'd be nice to have the option of a quick and simple insert to help mute cold starts/operating volumes till I'm further down.
