[PC] Career Progression is bugged, and won't track Arcade Setup completion

When I look at the Career Progression menu, and under the Diamond Casino Heist section, the first tier of challenges;

• Meet Lester at Mirror Park
• Set Up An Arcade
• Scope out the contents of the Casino Vault

Set Up An Arcade is the only one not checked off.

I have completed the set up, and even run the heist as leader multiple times, but the game isn't tracking the completion for some reason.

I have already contacted Rockstar Support and I have a ticket filed, (Not been any help so far, mileage may vary) but I wanted to check and see if anyone here had any suggestions for solutions.

Things that I've already tried;

• Relogging
• Swapping to Story, playing for a bit, Swapping back to Online.
• Swapping to an alternate character, playing for a while, swapping back.
• Buying a new Arcade.^(1)
• Verifying game files through Steam.

Any other suggestions or ideas for what might fix this issue are VERY welcome.

^(1.)) R* keeps recommending this one to me, despite me stating a few times that I have bought a new Arcade, and that when I sold my original Arcade and bought a new one, I was never prompted to run a setup mission; instead my new arcade came pre-setup.

Is there a way to force the setup mission to re-run? Am I missing something, or are they just giving me the run around?
