Any Tablet/Small Computer recommendations?

Tablet/Small computer recommendations

Looking for a good, durable, light, and cheep-ish tablet or smaller computer for university. Needs to be able to type on a physical keyboard and have goodish storage. Preferably I would like a touch screen something so I can draw and need a keyboard. I am willing to buy a keyboard attachment as long as its under like $100.

200-300 budget, 100 extra for a keyboard attachment

Thanks for any recommendations you have :)
