attapoll game reward hindi nagrereflect? here's how to submit a ticket
since i keep seeing posts or comments asking bakit hindi nagre-reflect yung reward from playing a game or reaching a certain level. naglaro ako ng mergedom before tapos hindi rin nag-reflect yung reward ko for reaching the "playground" level. skl na nag-work yung steps na 'to sakin.
here's what you should do:

go to "my profile"

click "help" then select "games"

click "I want to complain about a specific game" then choose whatever the game is

you'll then be asked what the issue is. in my case, i chose "I have a missing reward from an earlier level"

click "submit"

may lalabas na text field where you include the details and attach the screenshots (proof na na-complete mo yung level)

yung support ticket automatically mapupunta sa email like this 👇
- after three days nag-reflect na yung reward. ito yung reply nila:
make sure na na-follow niyo talaga yung rules ng game ha? like, na-complete niyo talaga within the specified timeframe yung level. else, di talaga kayo mababayaran. i hope this works for you all. yung code ko PDHLZ gamitin niyo naman huhu
