Gemini model version in Google Workspaces (Docs, Sheets, etc)?

Is there a way to figure out what version of Gemini (Flash, 3.1 Pro etc) is embedded in the Workspace applications like Google Sheets, Docs?

I'm trying to figure it out if it's worth using them yet or if it's still better to copy / paste data in and out of the better model on Gemini web.
