abdominal burning

has anyone else dealt wjth burning in thei upper abdomen constantly and its radiated to lower abdomen as well? constant sensations that wouldn’t go away with food. also feelings of empty stomach on top of that even with eating. it’s literally burning from upper abdomen that also is felt in lower abdomen and kind of close to sides of stomach. any previous experience and journey?
