Weight loss medication

Does anyone have any experience getting weight loss medication? I’ve seen a few places online who do it but I’m not sure how legit they are.

Has anyone gotten it though their GP? And if so, what was the process like?

Also curious about the price, I’ve seen people say anything from $150-$300 a month.
