I dont know who needs to hear this, but...

If someone is offering you advise, and that advise is a quote that you could see on a bumper sticker on the back of a Subaru outback, then maybe theyre not the best person to get advice from.

You know the advice im talking about, the cliche 1 or 2 liners that sound thought provoking, that actually aren't at all if you think about it for more than 2 seconds. Quotes like "TeAm WorK mAkeS thE DreAm WoRk" or "just be positive, focus on the good things in life". Someone who says stuff like that are probably dont have the mental or emotional tool kit to help you with your mental and emotional inquiries, and they definitely dont have the spiritual map and compass to help guide you on your spiritual journey.
