Returning after 15 years

I used to play this game for hours when I was a kid, but because I made a purchase that I wasn't allowed to, my account got disabled. Now I worked with AE to get the account reinstated.

I still have some Artix points so I could get a membership for a while.

Does anyone have any tips on what I should do? I am probably at level 40 or something, and I don't really care for farming difficult items yet, as I probably have very rare stuff anyway by virtue of being an old account.
