Green card processing

Green card processing was WIP when I moved back to India 10 years back (still here) and had received EAD. Was on H1B when I filed GC. Received a letter for additional documents in 2016, but we didn't respond as I wasn't sure. But want to revive the case now. Can I resume the same case and share additional documents now?
