Commissioning Help

hi cosplay community!

i'm commissioning someone to make me a piece of a cosplay for the first time. i'll attach a photo below of what i'm looking for so you can all get some context!

because i've never commissioned (and i hate to be distrustful of hard-working small businesses, but the last time i commissioned someone online for some art, i never received it), i'm really uncertain about how much i should expect to be charged for this.

if anyone has any recommendations for who may be trustworthy and affordable for this project, feel free to leave me a comment!

i was looking for soldier boy's chestplate, just made into a corset instead. as long as the colour, the eagle, and the base idea remains; i'm fine with creative liberties or simplifications!

unfortunately, i am not a man so i cannot buy the chestplate pre-made, hence the need for a commission.
