Technical or Hochschule

Please help me I am so confused between these two types of universities I was shortlisting the universities and some of my friend tell me to get admission in hochschule if my grades are not that confident to get in best TUs

So, right now I'm studying 6th sem B.E in Information Technology from GTU And I want to take admission in data science/AI/data analytics/informatics or etc unless course content is same My profile is 2 GPA in German grades(converted myself) 7 IELTS (pending) B1 German language (just for part-time job) Some projects like RAG pipelines and NLP and all

I was targeting Potsdam,RPTU,Passau, university of hamburg, university of Bonn, university of Mannheim and etc

I just want to ask that does anyone have any good suggestion for me in hochschule for my particular course in English taught
