Tiny 3 Keeps Turning Off in Meetings

I have a Tiny 3 that keeps shutting down during meetings making me invisible and forcing me to raise the camera lens. I’ve also seen the camera turn on randomly and turn off. This is with a work Mac MBP M4 Plus where I do not have admin privileges (configure it in a PC).

I want it to shut off when not in use, but not while I’m sitting on camera right in front of it. I also don’t want to take a corrective action of never putting it to sleep.
