It’s a lazy Sunday afternoon, the kind where time seems to slow down. The apartment is quiet except for the occasional sound of the rain tapping against the window. Jesse and I are curled up together on the couch, wrapped in a cozy blanket. We've just finished watching a few episodes of our favorite show, and now we're lounging, enjoying each other's company in the soft glow of the afternoon light.

I've always had felt a sense of comfort when I was with Jesse, a feeling of safety I didn’t fully understand.
