manon in the back during debut

saw a few post screaming mistreatment because she spends a large portion of the song dancing behind the girls. is it fair to assume they did this in case she would be sick and therefore not show up?? also could someone make a post about all the times she had called in sick/wasn’t with the rest of the members? i’m curious how often it was
