Manhuud sizing

I have tried to contact Manhuud but haven't had any luck. Interested in anyone who has bought one and how the sizing works.

My girth is 4.5 inches apart from the base which is 5inch. This seems to be between sizes. Am I better off getting the bigger or smaller? Obviously want it to fit.
