Anyone have any helpful tips for crate training a little rascal?

Preface - we’ve had him just under 2 weeks, puppy blues have come and gone and now we’re trying to get his routine a bit less destructive to ours!

He has been sleeping in our bed since we got him but he seems to love biting faces and hair! So no bed for him til he’s better behaved!

Does anyone have any recommendations on things they used to help make the crate less of a scary concept? He hates being enclosed
